Tips and shortcuts
Text already in the PDF can’t be rewritten directly: to correct it, use Cover on the wrong word and then Text on top (or Text with “white background”). Covering hides the text but, unless you tick “Make the cover permanent”, whoever opens the file can still select and copy it.

Frequently asked questions
Why add a watermark to a copy of my ID?
Writing the purpose and date on it (for example “For rental contract only – October 2026”) makes it harder to reuse the copy for anything else.
