Tips and shortcuts
Text already in the PDF can’t be rewritten directly: to correct it, use Cover on the wrong word and then Text on top (or Text with “white background”). Covering hides the text but, unless you tick “Make the cover permanent”, whoever opens the file can still select and copy it.

How to crop a PDF
- Open the PDF: each page is cropped around its content.
- Choose how much margin to keep. The preview on the right shows each page.
- Tick Fit all pages to a size if you then want everything back on A4 for printing.
- Press Apply and download.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cropped content deleted?
No: cropping only changes the visible area, and editing programs can still see the original borders. To really remove information, use Redact.
