Tips and shortcuts
Text already in the PDF can’t be rewritten directly: to correct it, use Cover on the wrong word and then Text on top (or Text with “white background”). Covering hides the text but, unless you tick “Make the cover permanent”, whoever opens the file can still select and copy it.

Recognition happens on your device. The first time it downloads the OCR engine (about 6 MB), then keeps it. On a phone it can take a few seconds per page.

How to organise the pages
- Open the PDF.
- Drag the thumbnails to reorder them, or select them and use ← Move / Move →.
- Use + Blank page, Duplicate or + Add PDF to insert pages.
- Press Save and download.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a change?
Yes, with Ctrl+Z or the undo button, as many times as you need until you save.
Are bookmarks and links kept?
If you keep the same pages in the same order, the original file is edited and keeps everything. When pages are moved or added, a new file is created and some bookmarks may be lost.
