Shipping labels, 4 per sheet

Many couriers and marketplaces generate the shipping label on a full A4 page: printed like that it is far too big for the parcel and wastes paper. Here the label is cropped automatically and you can fit up to 4 on one sheet, each the size of an A6 (10.5 × 14.8 cm).

How it works

  1. Drop the label PDFs (or photos and screenshots): as many as you like, even from different couriers.
  2. Choose 4 per A4 sheet or 2 per A4 sheet. The orange box shows which part of the page becomes the label: automatic usually works, otherwise choose the top half or draw it yourself.
  3. If you use partly used adhesive sheets of 4 labels, set Start at position.
  4. Press Create the labels PDF and print at 100% (“actual size”).

Frequently asked questions

Is the barcode still readable when the label is smaller?

In most cases yes: labels in couriers’ PDFs are vector graphics and stay sharp when reduced, and A6 is the standard size for shipping labels. If your courier requires a specific size, check their instructions or choose 2 per A4 sheet.

Does it work with any courier or marketplace?

Yes, with any label as a PDF or image: the tool doesn’t read the data, it takes the part of the page that contains the label and resizes it.

The page also has instructions or a receipt, what do I do?

Choose “Top half of the sheet” or draw the label area on the preview with your finger or mouse: the same area is used for every page. With “Pages of each file” you can also skip the pages you don’t need.

Is the recipients’ data uploaded anywhere?

No: everything happens in your browser, the labels never leave your device.
