Tips and shortcuts
Text already in the PDF can’t be rewritten directly: to correct it, use Cover on the wrong word and then Text on top (or Text with “white background”). Covering hides the text but, unless you tick “Make the cover permanent”, whoever opens the file can still select and copy it.

How to fit a PDF to A4
- Open the PDF.
- Choose size, orientation and margins. The preview is on the right.
- Optionally tick Crop white margins so the content fills the sheet better.
- Press Apply and download.
Frequently asked questions
Is the content distorted?
No: each page is scaled keeping its proportions and centred on the new sheet.
Do I lose selectable text?
No: text and images stay as vectors, sharp and selectable. Only clickable links and form fields are lost.
