Tips and shortcuts
Text already in the PDF can’t be rewritten directly: to correct it, use Cover on the wrong word and then Text on top (or Text with “white background”). Covering hides the text but, unless you tick “Make the cover permanent”, whoever opens the file can still select and copy it.

How to fill in a form
- Open the PDF: the fields are highlighted on the page.
- Type, tick the boxes and choose from the menus.
- Press Save completed form. Tick “Lock the fields” if nobody should change the values.
Frequently asked questions
The form has no fields: what can I do?
Open it in Edit PDF and write on the lines with the Text tool.
Can I sign it too?
Yes: after saving, use the buttons below the result to continue with Sign PDF.
